Frequently asked questions
Why does the form say sent when no email arrives?
The form may have passed the data to WordPress, but the server or recipient rejected the email. A browser message does not confirm delivery.
Is an SMTP plugin enough?
Not always. The sender, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and provider logs also need checking.
Why are WooCommerce order emails missing?
The notification may be disabled, the order may still be Pending Payment, or a conflict, PHP error, wp_mail failure or delivery problem may be involved.
Can enquiries be saved independently of email?
Yes. The submission is saved first, then a notification is sent by email, Telegram or to a CRM.
